Currently when you add approvers to a document approver, it just shows them in a long list, so it's not easy to see who has approved which version of an item. Could there be a way of when you click on a version number (on the right hand side), it shows who has approved and any comments added in PHQ....

It would be really helpful if you could and paste comments into the updates. If someone is reviewing multiple items, and needs to say the same thing, you currently have to type everything from scratch, which is quite time consuming.

Good idea! We're having to have quite a few stand alone forms in WF, as they need to be sent to other people for review/approval and we can't do it with the current forms. This links to a suggestion I put on here a while ago about being able to print/circulate custom forms.

When you drag and drop an item over the top of another one so that it creates a linked version, it would be helpful if it updated the file name of the document so that you could see which version it was.
