Approvals by version

Currently when you add approvers to a document approver, it just shows them in a long list, so it's not easy to see who has approved which version of an item.

Could there be a way of when you click on a version number (on the right hand side), it shows who has approved and any comments added in PHQ.

At the moment you have to search through the updates to see who approved when.
