  • Looks like another customer has asked this before, so HERE is a post with 3 recommendations to help solve for this - create a custom dashboard that only links to the converted project, adjust sharing settings to View post issue conversion, create a journal report that surfaces updates or document up...

  • @jamesmiller-zjd Sounds like some additional troubleshooting is required. I'd be more than happy to work with you offline, but it may be faster to get in touch with Customer Support (and cc me on the ticket if you want) as they are available 24/7. If you prefer to jump on a quick call with me, send ...

  • To close the loop here and to share the results with everyone else on the Community, if you want to see a list of hours logged to tasks where the person who logged the hour is NOT assigned to the task, then you can create an Hour Report, go to the Filters tab and switch to text mode and paste in the...

  • @ty-simpson If you go into Setup > Interface > Update Feeds, under the Tracked Fields section, you can add the field by selecting it from the field library. If it's a native field in Workfront, you would select it from the Built-in Fields tab vs it being a Custom Field. Then, you'll be able to see w...

  • Thanks for sharing! I can see that the hour type, Task Time, matches the filter, so that's not the issue. I'm wondering if the filters for Task > Role ID and Task > Assigned to ID are causing these subtasks to not appear. Are the child/sub-tasks assigned to a team? Or is the assignment field blank? ...

  • @KatherineSt Just to follow up on this, a new bullet has been added to the article, The Adobe Workfront Custom Refresh Sandbox environment, saying that "The scheduled refresh occurs at 12:00 AM on the given date, based on the timezone of the user that submitted the request" to help clarify things.

  • You do not need additional filters to pull in child/sub-tasks, as they should pull in if hours have been logged. Can you confirm that hours have been logged to child/sub-tasks? Do you have an example?

  • @patriciac1 I recommend you review the settings for global tasks first. Within Setup > Project Preferences > Tasks & Issues, there is a section for Access. Check to see what level of access a user is granted when submitting a request or is assigned to a task or issue. If you have it set to View, you...

  • There is an email notification for "The status changes on a project I'm on" that you can activate with Setup, however, keep in mind that email notifications are global settings and this would activate the notification for all users within your system. Likewise, you cannot pick and choose which users...
