According to the Product Manager, @Anna_Asatryan , this feature has not been added to the short-term roadmap for Workfront due to other priorities. 

@MoniqueEvans Thanks for the tag! I'm guessing this is only available in a User Report because of it's reference to a collection, but will confirm. I'm not seeing anything on an Assignment Report for Assigned To > Teams ID, so hang tight. 

@ChristineFiorentino You can add a column to a User Report or view within the Users area for Layout Template > Name and that will show which Layout Template is assigned! 

If you go into Setup > System > Audit Logs, there is a dropdown for Exchange Rate under Log Type where you can track created, updated and deleted rates. You can see who made the change and what day/time in the view.
