  • @ChristineFiorentino A few clarifying questions to try and nail this down: Did you add both users as the Project Owner the same way?Did you associate these projects to a program or portfolio? The inherited permissions could have trickled down giving one user more access than the other. Are you a Syst...

In the gear icon next to Edit for Tasks, be sure that Create is selected - see screenshot.  If both of those are selected, check the Sharing permissions on the project itse...

  • If you want to group the results of your Risk report by Program, you can do it via text mode. Just a reminder that charts cannot be added to a report with a text mode grouping, so the results will be displayed via the Details tab.group.0.displayname=Program Name group.0.valuefield=project:program:na...

  • There isn't a way to trigger a notification to a user with a Review license for this specific action, so the next best option would be to tag the user directly in an update. You can create a report that pulls in tasks specific to this user based on the predecessor relationship and even add condition...

  • That's because a Review license is not designed for completing work. The maximum access a user with a Review license can have on a task is View (versus Manage), which means they won't have the ability to make changes / mark a task complete - more information on access to Workfront objects here. If y...

  • Email notifications are set at the global level, so if you were to change the subject line of the event notification for "I submit a request (confirmation)" all users and projects (request queues) would be impacted. You wouldn't be able to pick and choose, as the email would trigger for every reques...

  • @AnnieXLe The CLEARTIME function should work, you just have to add it to both sides of the expression. I tried it in my instance and it works as expected. displayname=New or Update textmode=true usewidth=true valueexpression=IF(CLEARTIME({lastUpdateDate})!=CLEARTIME({entryDate}),"Update","New") valu...
