Yes, we are releasing several new features and updating the UI in the new Workfront experience. It should go into preview shortly. What you saw was accidentally released, so we had to pull it back.

Is your team having issues with the 'New Work Request' email? Do you mind sharing the information that is not useful for them? Or what they found useful in the old template?

We are fixing the issue with Microsoft outlook. Temporarily you may start receiving the old UI template.
