Same for when a User goes from external to licensed, there are times when a person doesn't realize they are an external user so then they end up with two profiles within the system.
As it stands right now a Group Admin (even with User editing turned on in access level) cannot edit a User's email address or federation ID. They can change everything else with that user but not those two things.

Hi Nina. That's a good idea but we also use the version count to note how many rounds of revisions a project went through so it would be extra work for the designer/project manager to add up in two spots for each file. I'll pitch that to the team and see if what they think.
