I'm trying to setup a few Reminder notifications with custom HTML email templates. I can get the notifications setup and assigned to that tasks, but when I try to create an email template, I cannot save it. I click the save button but nothing happens. Anybody else had this issue? Anybody have a fix?
When viewing the summary tab of a task and looking at the dependencies it would be nice to have tasks numbers and/or an indication of predecessor completion (similar to gray/green designation in the predecessor column).
On this thought, does anyone know why changing a filter makes the numbering scheme go awry? If I apply the "Critical Path" filter, I have to always click the task number header twice to get them back in order.
I think those people were previously assigned tasks in the project template. When those tasks were reassigned, the old user still stayed in the people section. In project tasks, I'd recommend trying to avoid using specific people and utilize user Job roles or groups instead.
yeah, the first comment is in the proof, there is a response which sends a WF Card to Teams for the original commenter. But the reply, via Teams, doesn't go back to the proof, only the update stream on the document details.
Agreed, however my instance it where a person uses the proof interface to make a comment, then someone responds to that comment. So the initial commenter already knows the content that specific comment is referring to and would like to just be able to comment back via Teams and not have to open the ...
@Monique Evans‚ has a "My Tagged Updates" recipe in the 2021 Reporting Cookbook. Is this what you are looking for? Might be a good starting point for you?
When responding to a WF Proof comment via the card in MS Teams, the updates don't go into the proof comment stream. They only appear in the updates portion of the proof details page. Any idea how to correct this? or if this is the expected functionality?
