Please try re-configuring the AEM DM instance and ensure that you have
the publish set to immediately for the first time, once setup is
complete, you can make changes as per your liking. After completion you
should see the "/conf/global/settings/dam/dm/presets/viewer" in crx/de.
After which you can go to tools > Assets > viewers card and create a
viewer of your choice. Here is a help document for your reference:
Do ensure that you have a 1:1 integration and not 1:2 or 1:3 (once DM
account with multiple AEM instances). As that will cause an issue for
you. If needed you can ask for additional DM/S7 accounts/catalogs to be
created for Prod/Dev/Stage by creating a ticket with the support team.
Hi Andrey, Usually the integration between Target and Scene7 is not done
by the client unless you have both the setup details (contracts), this
is done only to allow you to be able to use the image swap option in the
Target portal. Once you upload an image to the Target portal that image
is sent over to Scene7 in the back, which then generates the URLs you
