Hi @sreenu539, JSON files are not a supported file format for Scene7, You can check the supported file formats here: https://help.adobe.com/en_US/scene7/mediaportal/WS56d35d2f221c8d0e250a20fb126da2ebece-7ffc.html#:~:text=JPG%2C%20GIF%2C%20PNG%2C%20TIF%2C%20TIFF%2C%20BMP%2C%20PDF
What is the version of AEM you are using? We do have the latest version that has this addressed, please test using the latest version. If you still see the same issue please have a ticket created for Support to look into this.
Please reset the user password and then reconfigure DM, then retry. The User password shows as 0 days left for a password reset. The system will continue to push assets to DM but will not update the metadata.
Please try re-configuring the AEM DM instance and ensure that you have the publish set to immediately for the first time, once setup is complete, you can make changes as per your liking. After completion you should see the "/conf/global/settings/dam/dm/presets/viewer" in crx/de. After which you can ...
Ensure that you have a 1:1 integration and not 1:2 or 1:3 (one DM account with multiple AEM instances) as that will cause an issue for you. If needed, you can ask for additional DM/S7 accounts/catalogs to be created for Prod/Dev/Stage by creating a ticket with the support team.
Recommendations will be to upload high res. images/assets to the instance. As DM does do a little down sampling. Which can be taken care of by going int the account and addressing the quality.
Hi Sonali, Please check with your POC - Account Manager/CSM at Adobe for more details, as he/she will be the best person to assist with this based on your contract.
