@sucheta_thakur Can you please uninstall the current version Desktop app and install the desktop app version aem-desktop-win64-2.1.2.0.exe. It should work better. Post your findings here.

@mdxcp is there an integration with Dynamic Media with your AEM Instance? You can check this by navigating to Tools> Cloud Services> Dynamic Media Configuration. Usually this property is added with the integration and it depicts the asset publish status in Scene7/Dynamic Media.Hope this helps.
