  • I would love to see this as a gantt chart report (or filter/view for program/portfolio). I have an idea submitted to help get there by allowing custom date fields on a gantt chart: https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSMCAA4/detail There's currently no elegant way to do this with just...

The thing our production people still don't like though, is they can't stamp things like they could on paper. I had a idea for that, but like all new ideas, unless it's crazy hot they never get near the threshold. https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSuuAAG/detail

Out of the box on WF Proof you can "resolve" comments (this put a checkmark on the comment and on it's contextual icon where you normally see a number). You can also make custom actions that can be applied to comments. For instance, I've made one called "Not Feasible", as a means to indicate you'v...

  • Hi Jazmin, This is also an issue we face. And against my better judgement I have let some folks setup up duplicated numbered fields in their custom forms - one drop down field that says "how many videos do you need?" - and based off what you select you see the duplicated fields (e.g. "Video 2 - Titl...

  • Hi Tammie, I think you left out the end of your last sentence. That setting (when enabled) sends an email from Workfront that links back to the document landing page whenever someone mentions the user in a comment. This often results in duplicate emails (one from Proof, one from WF). Turning off tha...

  • We use "Final Decision", this sends 1 email once all decision makers have made their decision. The designer then opens the proof and starts resolving comments. If a reviewer mentions them in a comment, they'll still get the mention email. Make sure in Settings -> Email -> Review And Approval (in Wor...

This is a great idea. Limiting it to users of a certain group or company would be excellent.

This should probably be merged with this one: https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSpXAAW/detail They even have the exact same title.

Yes, I've encountered this. It's a pain, but somewhat manageable. In ProofHQ, you can view all proofs shared with the orphaned account, then bulk reassign the proofs to a different user in ProofHQ (the new account), then delete the old proof account.

  • We proof the artwork (usually a PDF) before it gets turned into markup (HTML), and most of the time don't bother with proofing afterwards (just an approval). Most email marketing systems automatically generate a 'view this email in your browser' type link, so you could send a test message (which eve...
