Yes, I've encountered this. It's a pain, but somewhat manageable. In ProofHQ, you can view all proofs shared with the orphaned account, then bulk reassign the proofs to a different user in ProofHQ (the new account), then delete the old proof account.

  • We proof the artwork (usually a PDF) before it gets turned into markup (HTML), and most of the time don't bother with proofing afterwards (just an approval). Most email marketing systems automatically generate a 'view this email in your browser' type link, so you could send a test message (which eve...

  • Over two years later and there still doesn't seem to be a way sort a chart. Please up-vote this so we can hopefully get this basic functionality: https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z0000004W7gAAE/detail Sean

  • Unless I'm missing something, it seems pretty crazy that I can't sort a Chart or Matrix report by the total . Please up-vote this! https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z0000004W7gAAE/detail Sean

And, when putting a report in a dashboard, it would be great if you could set prompt value just for that dashboard.

Also, when viewing a Matrix or Chart report, you should be able to change the sort (just like you can on the details tab)

It is mind boggling that the chart and matrix views of a report do not allow you to sort by the grand total! These chart & matrix views should allow you to define a sort order. For the chart, you should be able to sort by the total, or the label (ascending or descending) or a value that isn't dis...

  • Ah, sorry, missed the multi-select part. That certainly makes it trickier! I don't know of an elegant way to do it (without bypassing Workfront and using the api). If the list of people isn't long, you could make a report with a prompt for one of the values in your multi-select (and run the report f...

  • Hi Katherine, You can create a report (Project/Task/Issue - which ever this field is attached to), add a filter with your field and choose 'not blank' as the condition. Then add a grouping with your field. This will list all times it's used and give you a count for each value (person). You'll probab...

  • You should be able to use ' IN ' for this. IF(IN({status}, "status1", "status2"), "Has the status you're looking for", "This is not the status you're looking for") or I suppose IFIN would be even more concise. The last two arguments are the true and false expressions, so you can keep adding statuses...
