Calculated Metric for Unique Conversion Rate

I am currently trying to find a solution on calculating a conversion rate w/out number of transactions for that unique person/device might complete. Originally I was using orders divided unique visitors but for this particular use case, about 30% of my customers are converting multiple times so it is throwing off my test results for the two experiences. In one case, someone converted 23 times (a greeting card experience) and it's made reporting test results more complex than it should be. Is the...

I actually found this as well right after posting this. Customer attributes I can't tell but I don't think that Profile attributes can receive information from offline. I think that would live within Customer Attributes. Does that appear correct based on the link above? Thanks!

Adobe Target Recommendations in Email based on parameter

I have been experimenting with Recommendations on our site for a while now but looking to move into Rec's within email. The part I am struggling with is if there is a way to determine the parameter to base Rec's on from offline information. Ex: I am marketing to a list of customers that have participated in events in Las Vegas, Denver, and Kansas City in the past and I want to send them a message with Recommended events based on their billing attribute instead of target calling up the device geo...

I'll like to get back on this project but it's been an ongoing headache that has caused us to find other solution in the interim. For whatever reason, the pixelation is tied to the 4th+ experience within Target. Everything before that is fine. The images are of super high quality and resolution. We originally that might be the problem but we downsized them and uploaded again with the same issue.

Is there a quick reference for DMA technical names?

So I have been using DMA for a few activities and I was curious if there was an easy list to reference names besides guessing in Target? For instance, The Woodlands, TX falls into Houston but I didn't know that without some manual entry. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you. My problem stems around 50+ markets that need very minimal language changed per market. Since I can't call up an audience that I have saved as I see fit currently, I would have to create an individual experience for each market. It would be more straightforward to get target to pull the location using DMA or State in a script to make an if statement vs my current setup that required building out 50+ experiences.

Experience TargetingIs there an easier way to call up a 100 mi radius around a city, lets say Littlerock, Arkansas, without making an audience filled with zips or city names etc...? I know that radius and geo is not 100% accurate but it would cover 90% of my needs for a project. Thank you!

My company is required to comply with the 508 Compliance standard for the visually impaired. There are certain features that fail this test. Is there a way to designate an audience for this compliance?Edit: It appears the reason it is failing is that the recommendations tool is not including the "alt" tags that the AEM content has elsewhere. Is there a way to correct this? https://brailleworks.com/508-compliance-needs-compliant/

I get what you are saying now. So I can't technically carry any content from page 1 to page 2 within the experience is what I am gathering. My goal was to automatically forward them to that post-event based on their geo or if they selected that event to let them know the event had already transpired but also pull through the dynamic content. If it was solely geo then I know how to use the dynamic content to do that, but what I really need to do is use the audiences I set up as a mega-market and ...

Can you elaborate a bit more? It's not immediately clear how that function would assist in what I am trying to do. I don't want them to be delivered to the current state at all. I want to be able to send them to a post event of that area such as through "redirect to URL" but would like to use dynamic content and a single page that they all forward to, just changing the text for the city.

I understand that I will have to manually forward the individual activities, or alter their experience for post events, but I am trying to figure out a way to provide dynamic content to a single post-event lander that mentions their city rather than creating 60+ experiences again. Is there a way to use experience targeting to a accomplish this wit...

No sync failures that I am aware of. All the modifications were loaded in and the first pass of QA in a live environment was performed by myself. When I handed off testing to my QA within an hour he reported something was wrong. Is there a reason there isn't a way to retrieve custom modifications? Is there a better way to go about that? I was considering using offers but I don't believe I can personalize the offers unless I use dynamic content correct?

We created an activity and made modifications via the visual designer for each of our current 35 audiences that had 8 modifications each. All was well for about 3 weeks, but last week I went to add some more experiences to it, six to be exact, and all but one experience, the last one saved, had their modifications wiped. My QA notified me about 30-60 min after the last save where everything looked fine that he was not seeing the personalized experiences. That is when I became aware of the disapp...

Unfortunately, I don't think that will help. The container of code has to be edited for each experience. In this instance, it would be a change of code for city and state, and CTA buttons, as well as a tracking URL. Using an offer doesn't carry over the individual modifications. Unless I am using it wrong. I will dive into that link a bit more as well. Thank you.

So my Exp A/Control would deliver identical content to both tourist and local traffic. But will my Exp B deliver traffic based on the Geo targeting placed into the two different audiences? If so, which traffic allocation method would make sure it chose the correct experience based on geo defined audiences? My guess is auto-target but I'm not 100% convinced. Otherwise, doing two separate concurrent a/b tests with very specific geo requirements for each campaign will probably end up being the best...

So with the first scenario, the Exp A/Control would not have any personalized content on it but targets to both audiences and the personalized content would be present on Exp B. Correct? For your second option, I can't run three tests on the same page at the same time correct?

So one experience will be local(50 miles) traffic and the other will be the rest of the nation. Since my two experiences are provided different content based on which they fall into I would need to use Auto-Target for allocation correct?

I don't think that is quite right. The test would need to have 1 or 2 controls, with one experience designed specifically for local traffic and another designed specifically for tourism traffic. The audiences would be driven by GEO.

My team is stuck on this being an A/B test rather than if the control performs better than a customized experience. My original plan was to send 50% of the traffic to the control and 25% to Exp B and 25% to Exp C. The results of B and C would be combined because the primary goal of the test is to justify further testing in personalization/targeting. Is there a better way to look at this? I had found some documentation within Adobes resources but I can't find it to save my life now. Thanks
