  • I found my old tickets. At the time I submitted my ticket, it was a known issue and they ended up releasing a bug fix. So, for sure, submit a ticket.

  • This happened to me. I tried looking up the ticket to see how it was resolved, but don't have acces to my full ticket history. My fading memory thinks product told me there is something expected in the behavior, but I could be remembering something else. I would submit a ticket.

  • Hi, @KristofferMi1. Where specifically do you see this inconsistency? If it's a report that was built for your instance, I would check the filters to make sure they're excluding projects with certain statuses. Also check to make sure you're using the right filter qualifier because you can filter sta...

  • We've struggled with part 2 as well. One place we landed: Technically a deliverable is one asset of a specific localization (that is language and/or geographic-specific content).Because we often try to generate localizations of an asset simultaneously, there is a lot of pre- and post-work that is lu...

  • You're tapped one of the perennial philosophical debates. The short but complex answer is that it depends on your needs, preferences, and project owner capabilities. I'm a fan of one project per deliverable. In this approach, my PMs have pushed back because there are sometimes activities done in bul...

  • @MaryMc1 We're also on legacy licensing and decided to give our Creatives Plan licenses but stripped down Layout templates as if they were still on the Work license. This has helped block their ability to click things they shouldn't or be overwhelmed by functions that they likely don't need. It's no...

  • I echo @skyehansen. For us, we don't have Fusion, but we do use SSO. When we were migrated to the Admin Console, it actually helped me in that terminated users in Azure are automatically deactived in Workfront. I didn't have to do anything in Workfront; IT controls it. Prior to this, I would run rep...

  • Admittedly it's been a whlie since I played with this area because it tends to show lots of extra stuff no matter how you filter. I've been told by support that this is by design. However, I think you need to filter on something else related to users, whether that be a Team, Group, Job Role, or Reso...

  • Correct. I'm unaware of configuring any higher access for a tag. But there are other triggers that can give more than View access. Find those triggers in the Project Actions > Access section. For example, you can assign someone to a task and grant them certain access to the project.

  • I imagine you've done some of these already, but just in case you haven't:   Comb through your request queue project to check: Project settingsShare settingsRouting rules In the Setup area, confirm that the Email Notifications are configured as you need. I wonder if there is some sort of email notif...
