I would like the ability to turn off notifications for documents that I may have uploaded to a project or template, but which I am not actually managing. When you click on the "remind" option in a document approval, there doesn't appear to be anything that is logged to say "a reminder was sent on X date at X time". Yes to being able to tag teams in comments too (and shared mailboxes). It would also be good if you could tag people in comments on a proof in WP/PHQ too, rather than having to send a separate update.Ideias

Definitely! We have a few tasks in each of our templates that need task approval, but it's not obvious by looking at them (you have to click into them to see it). If a specific task isn't in the template isn't relevant to that project, the CM will set it to 100% without having approved the task, and...Ideias
