Has anyone been successful in adding a recipient to a proof via the API when the proof uses an automated workflow?  I can add a recipient to a proof using the API but it creates a new stage.  I need to be able to add them to a specific stage on the proof.

I believe you can only see approval history under the user view.  There should be one called Historical Decisions.  You could use a filter to show only your light users.  From a user report, you should be able to get to Users - User Historical Decisions with a filter of Light license.  A gauge chart...

We're working on a new process for users to submit requests. All users will be set up under the same Company in Workfront. Is there a good way to limit the request visibility to only My Requests instead of All?  I know we can't disable the all filter under requests.  So I was hoping there's another ...

They can add comments to a proof if they are a reviewer on the proof.  They can also approve if they are are a reviewer and approver.

We have been experiencing the same situation, I've had to be on 2 calls recently over one issue.  On another ticket, the suggestions that they made didn't make any sense for the problem that we were having.

What are some of the workflows you are using to accept requests from Non-Workfront users?  From what I can see, someone has to be at least an external user to have access to a request queue.  We were hoping we could provide a direct link to the queue to anyone, but that won't work if they don't have...

I found out our SQL Database wasn't set up to be externally accessed. We have a call next week to discuss, so it may be that I need to use that setting.  Thank you!
