Receiving Requests from Non-Workfornt Users

What are some of the workflows you are using to accept requests from Non-Workfront users?  From what I can see, someone has to be at least an external user to have access to a request queue.  We were hoping we could provide a direct link to the queue to anyone, but that won't work if they don't have an account already. We do have fusion if someone has a process that is working well for them.

Hi Stacey,

There is an option in Queue Details of your Request Queue project where you can assign an email address to capture requests. Down towards the bottom you'll find a section labeled "Email Queue Settings." Here you can assign a custom email box that routes to your intake queue in WF.

If you are savvy in Sharepoint or similar tool, you could even create the form outside WF and direct to this Email Queue with a submit button. Or train a new process where requesters attach a custom form and send to the Email Queue.

Hopefully this helps.

Best,

Joaquin
