Hello! how are they? I am new to using the platform and I cannot find where I can upload a database (csv file) to be able to use it as an audience in mailing. Is there a step by step that can help me?

This can be achieved in 4 steps. Create a profile enabled schema (choose primary identity which is suitable according to your business use case) and load csv file into the profile enabled dataset. After these 2 steps profiles will be created in the system. Next build segment to filter the required profiles and use the same segment in read the segment  of the journey . Check out the documentation links below

Create dataset from CSV file: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer/using/data-management/datasets/get-started...

Build the segment : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer/using/segment/segments/creating-a-segment....
