We have the ability to set the business rules and activate them? However the tutorial videos show that we need to apply them at the message level? Does anyone know the permissions level required or is this a UI bug?

@Caveman77 I don't see that it's not showing in the UI to add the business rules option. Doesn't seem to be a permission issue. Probably open a ticket adobe support to look into this issue.

@Caveman77 you did not see because you have to define rule and then activate it to be available to use for you campaign , go to admin section to define business rule, and if it not define would not be available by default

We enabled the business rules and activated them. The button does not appear in the UI on the email template editor, as displayed in the video. We have opened a ticket with Adobe Support

Yes, thanks it did require Adobe Support to make the change and it resolved the issues.
