fragment not working

When i am adding the fragment in the the HTML code it is not working but when i am adding the fragment id alone it is coming out correct  but not working in the way i am adding it

In the current state, there is no support to add fragments in landing pages as this shows up only in the code view. kindly log an enhancement request to adobe client care team.

i am adding it inside the AJO email templete and then a creating a block and then and the putting the html in the code and then adding fragment inside it
