Excluding delivery logs AJO

Hi Team,

 

I need to create a journey where need to exclude audience who have received the communication already. Can someone help on approach please?

 

In ACC we normally take it from broadlog and exclude using exclusion, but not sure of AJO.

@348, You can find the data attributes under customerjourneymanagement within the event section when you setup audience.

Path: 

XDM ExperienceEvent->  Experience -> Customer Journey Management  -> Message Deliveryfeedback ->  Feedback Status

XDM ExperienceEvent ->  Experience -> Customer Journey Management -> Message Execution ->  Message ID

 

Similar thing was discussed on this community thread to create an audience to pull the profiles from customerjourneymanagement dataset.
