That's weird. Just a thought, have you tried the same thing in a different sandbox? If the problem persists, I recommend opening an Adobe support ticket to investigate the issue.
@Alex_JavierCa Looking at the error, was there a request already submitted? Check the AJO campaign to see if any batch request already in process.

I have deleted all campaigns and created a new one and tried to send it however i sitll get the same error
