1. Decision event 

What does this mean? That the Offer was returned in given Decisions was returned for given Decision Scope???

 

2. Clicks - self explaining 

3. Impression - offer was rendered. However does it also checks if it has been seen? if for example it would be at the bottom of the page 

4. Custom event - also clear
