AJO push randomly not working iOS device

Hi

we are experiencing a problem on an iOS device:

1. the app is being installed on the device (debugging with xcode) 

2. the device token is properly being sent to AEPMobileCore but the push is not arriving. We checked on the user profile events (message feedback)  and we found the error attached.

Would be nice if you could help us on this

@ilenia the screenshot shows that the device token is "bad" - A couple of things to check - can you make sure you are testing with APNS sandbox and not production Apple Push notification services? Also can you ensure that the pushtoken is not denylisted? You can check the profile in AEP to see if it is deny listed.
