Recs status shows "Results not ready" even after 48 hrs

Avatar

Level 2

When creating new recommendation tests, criteria logic is showing status of “Results not Ready”. As per adobe documentation it takes around 30 mins to 24 hrs for algorithm to complete initial run and showcase recommendations with new status as “Results Ready”. However, in our case we are unable to see “Results Ready” status even after 48 hrs and recommendations are not shown. The issue happens even if we are using existing criteria in new test.

Can some please help us understand the reason behind this behavior and if there is a way to reduce this processing time.

@Shravan_c The Adobe Target Community Q&A Coffee Breaks are a conversation between Adobe Target Experts and Adobe Target Community members over a series of posts in a larger thread dedicated to the Expert's main feature areas in Target, (so there isn't a "recording" like there would be of a Webinar) Here is the link to @Rob_Hornick 's Adobe Target Community Q&A Coffee Break thread: https://adobe.ly/31VNuJI Hope that's helpful! We hope you can participate in the next Coffee Break, planned to take place toward the end of October - stay tuned here in the Target Community for more details!
