Hi @ArunLa  So it's definitely some browser related issues .. please clear all cache and cookies from beginning of time - so this via browser setting options. Try Chrome, Edge or Firefox.

After trying all steps if you see same issues again then I would suggest to raise a adobe support ticket so they can investigate more for you.

Thanks,

Hi @ArunLa  I'm not seeing any issues. I did check https://status.adobe.com/cloud/experience_cloud and target is up and running.

So I would suggest give a try in another browser and if the issue still persist contact Adobe customer care.

Hi,

If you're unable to create an A/B test in Adobe Target, try the following:

  1. Permissions: Check if you have the necessary permissions.
  2. Correct Activity Type: Ensure you select "A/B Test" when creating the activity.
  3. Audience & Targeting: Verify your audience and targeting conditions are set up.
  4. Environment: Confirm you're working in the correct environment (staging or production).
  5. URL: Ensure the page URL is valid.

If the issue persists, clear your cache or try a different browser.

HI @ArunLa Are you still facing this issues?  Check the below

Adobe Target has below roles and permission

Role Description
Approver Can create, edit, and activate or stop activities.
Editor Can create and edit activities before they are live, but cannot approve the launch of an activity.
Observer Can view activities, but cannot create or edit them.
Publisher Similar to the Observer role (can view activities, but cannot create or edit them). However, the Publisher role has the additional permission to activate activities.

You can check your role and permission either login to experience.adobe.com and then select Adobe Target as product, -> on top right side you can see.

OR you can check with your account admin team who manage this things for you.

Thanks
