Adobe Rights Management Extension for MS Office

We are using Win7 64bit with office 32 bit. The installer provided at:

http://www.adobe.com/products/livecycle/rightsmanagement/extension/downloads.html

Throws the ofllowing error when attempting to install.

Anyone know where i can get an installer or win 7 64 bit or how to resolve this issue

I have found the issue.  It was partially installed on the machine already(found by using microsoft cleanup utility) once it was fully removed the installed worked spot on.
