Adobe LyveCicle submit to e-mail form not working

Hi,

I have made a form with the help of Adobe LiveCycle, with the following buttons:

Submit to e-mail and print.

All fine with the print button, but the submit to e-mail is not working with adobe DC PRO when opened.

I've tried to modify the setting in preferences, still not working, and tried to modify the settings in outlook, still not working.

My understanding is that forms made with LiveCycle, can not be used as such in DC PRO, is it true? Could you help me with a workaround.

Have you tried to save as and set Reader Extension?  This helped me with mine.
