AI Assistant in Adobe Experience Platform is a conversational experience that you can use to accelerate your workflows in Adobe applications. You can use AI Assistant to grasp product knowledge better, troubleshoot problems instantaneously, or search through huge amount of information and find valuable operational insights. AI Assistant supports Experience Platform, Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics. 

By leveraging AI Assistant, a medium-sized firm can reduce the time spent on an audience cleanup operation from several hours to just 8 minutes, saving an average of 3.5 hours per task. This is just one of the many advantages of using the AI Assistant. We'll be sharing additional use cases in the coming weeks, so stay tuned for more use cases.

"As a marketing operations specialist, I need to find unused audiences that clutter my system so that I can keep my audience inventory clean and optimized. For this, I need to refine our audience lists by identifying and eliminating unused segments across campaigns, audiences and destinations. Typically, during development, many audiences are created as tests which end up not being used but stay in the system and bloat it up. It makes navigation, search and overall management painful. It is not unusual that this test audience end up being the majority.

To solve this problem, I had to manually review each audience to identify those with zero profiles. I checked other campaigns, and audience lists to confirm that these audiences were not utilized elsewhere before proceeding with their deletion.

However, with the new AI assistant, I can ask these directly to the AI Assistant and it provides me the list with hyperlinks so I can act right from there".
