Too many articles in collection? /"content not found"

Avatar

I am creating an app and have 52 pages of editorial content which are loading fine, then I began adding in our advertisements and would keep getting the "content Not Found" screen on my preview app. I removed said ads and started adding smaller amounts back in, I've discovered I can only add in 48 ads in addition to my 52 pages on editorial before I get the same "content not found" response on my iPad. Is there a file size limit or some other restraint I am unaware of for previewing the app on your iPad? Is there a work-around?

Thanks,

Shayna

after further messing around, I believe I've discovered a 100 article cap per collection, is that correct?

There is no limit on the number of articles in a collection. I suggest calling product support for assistance with this, you can find contact information in the DPS portal by looking in the left rail and selecting Support.

Hello

I see this message many times in my project. For more than one reason.

Check:

a. OVERLAYS name with special caracters. Ex.: "Button #223", "Botão 334", "Multistate @233".

b. OVERLAY ASSETS with special caracters in the file names. Images, videos, mp3, ads, etc... Remove spaces and other special caracters.

Work's for me.

my support and analytics are grayed out and not clickable. And if I go through contact customer care, it takes me right back to the same left rail.
