Those Adobe IDs need to be added to your project in the DPS portal. Once you sign in go to the users tab. You must have a project created first, otherwise you will have nothing to add your users to.

Ask the users to go to www.adobe.com (or any Adobe service) and sign up for an Adobe ID.

The screenshot didn't come through, you need to come to the forum website to post it instead of attaching via email.

Hi Ivan i have 2 projects and can¹t add users. At the beginning of this
process ena@engineeringnews.co.za was a user added by Scott Dreier. She
disappeared after one of the updates and now i can¹t add her back or any of
the people on my team.

Hi Charles - This sounds a lot like users that were added to the
prerelease. To add users, they need to have their email registered as an
AdobeID.
For prerelease, go to https://stage02.publish.adobe.com, Select “Sign In”
and then “Get an AdobeID".
For beta, go to https://beta.publish.adobe.com, Select “Sign In” and then
choose “Get an AdobeID”.

Hi Scott so this login ID would then be different to their logins for
Creative Cloud. They would need to remember 2 logins for Adobe or would this
one supersede the existing login. Is this correct?

Its unique per environment…we have 3 environments: prerelease (Stage02),
beta and production. They are all distinguished by URL. You can have the
same ID + password in each - but they are not related.
