Adobe Experience Manager Forms

Hi, I am working on Aem forms designer and AEM 6.5, I have created a xdp template on Designer and using it with an adaptive template when I drag a check box from the Data source tab but the value of the checkbox never changes always is 1. I have defined two-state values on Designer.

Is it possible to pre populate a dropdown of the form on the backend side?If yes, how? (without to create the property options on the jcr node)

Is there documentation on how to use a FDM with a dynamic XDP DoR? When editing the adaptive form, it only shows/binds the fields available in the data source. How do you bind these fields with the fields in the XDP?

In the generate non-interactive PDF workflow step, there is an option to tag the output PDF to make it accessible. Is there a similar method to do this with the Generate Document of Record step? Thank you
