Hi @TronWi , Can you please attach PDF in which barcode is not showing while printing using acrobat reader but showing in Acrobat Pro.  

Try print using Microsoft Print to PDF and attach screenshot of distorted data/barcode.

How you are printing the PDF ? Acrobat ( Ctrl + P)Flatting the PDF and then printing using OutputService/FormService API ?

This is known issue in SP21 and also in SP22 , We will be providing fix in SP23 . We already have support ticket logged from one user ,Please log a Support ticket if you wanted a hotfix on older releases.
