IP affinity in Campaign Standard

Avatar

Level 1

Adobe has recently provisioned an additional IP address for our ACS. We wish to use this new IP address for a new brand we have recently created. It is unclear how to actually do this in ACS, can you describe the process please? There is a field for IP Affinity in the typology settings that we assume is related to this but it is not clear what to actually enter in this field and how to map it to our brand.

The additional IP by default won't be in any specific affinity.

If you need a new affinity / it to be added to an existing one, you would have to raise a support ticket or discuss with deliverability team
