We need to turn off the ACS system or pause it right now. What would be the easiest way to do that and turn it back on when needed? We have over 1600 users and 100 security roles. Trying to figure out a way to not update each role manually.

@itd6 If the idea is to forcefully not allow anyone to send any emails then remove the role "start deliveries & prepare deliveries" from the security groups.
@itd6 There's nothing like turn off in ACS. I understand that you've 1600 users as part of 100 security roles. What exactly you're trying to achieve?

I need the system to not let anyone send any emails right now. Is it best to take out the Send Delivery workflow for every security group?

Hi itd6,
Can you tell us what status the deliveries are in right now? When you say you need to pause them right now, the steps really depend on where in the process (prepared, sending, etc) they are and what type of delivery it is (scheduled, recurring, etc).

Craig

We do not have scheduled or recurring set up so everything is just one offs. I think the easiest is just to take Send Delivery workflow out of all the security groups until we are able to send emails again. Thanks for responding.
