As said, some user interaction can change the Event Date on the broad log. e.g. someone unsubscribing via SMTP header List-Unsubscribe address or Feedback Loop may adjust the date to this timeframe. You should check the status messages for the status. Also if e.g. a retry was done due to some temporary error, the date could change

The variable will contain the full "local file name":This includes the file path /usr/local/...and also the filename contains a timestamp (e.g. _20210117210523a).So you would have to compare only part of the file name. You can use function FileName() to extract the file name and then do a substring to determine the filename without the timestamp. Then you should be able to compare the values

Hi,yes filename variable is declared automatically by the workflow in ACS.You are able to extract the file name (it contains path + file name + generated timestamp). You can send that to another workflow using External Signal or you can store it in a custom resource. Main question is: how do you determine that the file is finished.if e.g. you have files like 01_10, ... 10_10 you could only trigger the follow up for 10_10if you don't have that, you may have to go via the route described below

The "once in 10 minutes" applies to External Signal calls via the API only. From within a workflow, you don't have that limit on the End activity How are you able to determine a certain part?1 way might be:Use a custom resourceWhen starting a partitioned part, insert into the tableWhen processed, remove it from the tableAt the end, check if the table contains no more part for the current job, then only trigger the end activity (via a Test activity).

There is a BCC module available for ACS.Though all messages are going to a single mail address and you can't e.g. send it to the customer agent who triggered the initial mail. Other option might be to keep the API result which contains the message ID and then fetch the mirror page via API

Unfortunately you can't do this directly in an audience in ACS but only via a workflow. One intermediate way: You may create an audience "Quarantined profiles" which is permanently updated by a workflow and then exclude it on your audience.

You could use a reconciliation activity to do a lookup with "addressStatus" entity.Afterwards a segmentation to check whether something was found or not.

In case a bounce etc. is coming in later, it will adjust the date field of the broadlog. This may explain the decreasing count.

The additional IP by default won't be in any specific affinity. If you need a new affinity / it to be added to an existing one, you would have to raise a support ticket or discuss with deliverability team

@sap_dev: Unfortunately there is no API etc. to set the content for multiple variants at the same time. What may work:Use package upload to load the data (manual upload, not API)Depending from where you get the content, potentially using the "import external content from URL" may help?

Unfortunately I don't have much background on why Engineering developed it this way. I think it was just the "easiest" as it is very similar to the common structure of temporary workflow tables in ACS workflows

There is no hard limit by the system.Though to consider:Product description describes maximum mail size as 60 kB (bigger is working but than may have performance impacts, etc.)Deliverability recommendation is to keep it rather small (limit depends per provider)Inside ACS, you can't see the size unfortunately. You would have to send a proof to check the size

You can create a delivery template which consists of the 12 content variants. Then any newly created mail will consist of the 12 variants already.Just go to Resources => Templates => Delivery Templates and create a multi-language template there

The standard reports normally would show the failed messages as well.can you check the delivery logs? Are they showing any "Delivered, Failed, ..." messages or only "Sent to connector"?In the latter, the configuration of the status messages (SR) in the external account is most likely wrong and you may need to check for the correct settings with the SMS provider

If you want to do it to have the segment code available on the delivery logs, there is no need to use the dynamic segmentation code feature.Easier might be to use an Enrichment. Then just in Additional Data add an attribute and as field name use @segmentCode.This will process the value in the same way then defined elsewhere but gives you great flexibility in defining the value.

It is not stored in the system. You would have to calculate it using the delivery + Tracking logs. (using rownumber function and deduplication activity)

Domain level reporting is also only available in aggregated form inside reporting. But you could also calculate that inside a workflow but only during the retention period before the logs are cleaned up
