Re: Service confirmation email (transactional) not being... ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
This seems that the delivery preparation fails. This can have different reasons like compilation of the mail template fails or some typology fails the delivery (e.g. empty subject).Best would be to trigger a proof and check if that is being processed / else check the logs on the proof.

You can just use "use file in incoming transition" for the Load File activity. The extract file one, just use any file name criteria

Re: Limit number of email sends on a follow up email ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
Hi Natalie, as said below, there are few ways to control that in your query:Either use a contains in the query, though that may catch other E-mail as well potentially?Assign a delivery code to the delivery and then check on the delivery codeFollow the "Master" link on the delivery and check the label there (go to Explorer view in the query window and drag "master instance")

Re: Accessing Event Variables in ACS (Transactional Messa... ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
For the workflow, you can link the Data Extract directly with the Data Loading activity. There is no need to send that to the SFTP server in between. For the query part, unfortunately I think it won't work. You would have to process them event by event.

Re: Extract and Load Files in ACS using the Adobe Provisi... ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
Hi David,For ACS you still need to use the Transfer File activity to store a file on the SFTP server belonging to campaign. The workflow may run on a different server/container than the SFTP server, so a local file extraction won't be sufficient.

Re: view as browser in pre-header ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
Did you set a custom preheader for your mails?I.e. click on the main mail body and set the pre-header in the properties window. This should then be shown in most mail clients.

Re: Dynamic Content issues ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
1) No, this is not correct. It will also work for: * Deliveries which are not inside a workflow => then you can filter based on any information on the user profile * Transactional message => depending on type you can filter on event + profile infoOnly if you need to pre-compute data to define the criteria of a dynamic content, you need a workflow. 2) You may check if the mail was caught by a SPAM filter on your side. 3) Hm, both shall be available. * Imported list via either a Load File + Reconc...

Yes. Campaign meta data can be modified using an "Update Data" activity inside the workflow.

Re: Do we have any api exposed to update campaign metadat... ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
No, there is no such API in ACS.You might create a workflow with a Signal activity and call that with parameters via API.Or as an alternative, create a custom resource to store the data via API and then a acheduled workflow to process these records

Re: GetOption, SetOption in Adobe campaign standard query ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
No, getOption is not available in ACS queries.Though you can have 2 different queries (1 on profile, 1 on option), then join the data together using an Enrichment.Afterwards, you can use both information in an Enrichment or Segmentation

True, they are not accessible in a query/enrichment activity.Though they can be used in an Export File activity. Either to upload them somewhere or you could directly parse the same file again in the workflow and then have the values accessible

It does not make a difference if open in the panel or own window.Though the open will only be clicked if the user agrees to display the images of the E-Mail. This applies to both ways showing the message

Re: Limit number of email sends on a follow up email ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
I guess you are using a "Recurring Delivery". In standard configuration, this will create a monthly copy (e.g. "[2020/07] purchase follow up") for the mail sending. Thus your query does not match. Options:use the contains as you didinstead of checking the delivery, follow the master link and check there as this is the Delivery which you are editing in the UI

Re: Moving a workflow leaves the delivery behind. ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
It indeed would make sense to be moved along with the workflow. You may raise an enhancement request on this. It's read-only on the UI but you can move the delivery using a technical workflow

yes, content block can do it but it's not officially documented so product support won't help you on any issues.

Re: Custom Resource - Field Definition ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
If you choose something here, it will be shown in the left-side of the query window.I.e. kind of quick access for users to use it in a query. If you don't choose anything, it's only available in "profiles (attributes)" drop down list.

Re: Looping through Transactional message ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
If you want to do a loop, the official way is to use the Product Listings feature:https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard-learn/tutorials/designing-content/product-listings-in-transactional-email.html JavaScript for parsing etc. is not supported in ACS

Re: External Account - SSH Key (File download from an Ext... ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
Yes, these steps are correct for outbound SFTP accounts.here support will generate the key pair and provide the public key to you. It could be that you may do step 3 first (i.e. create SFTP account) and then tell support to create a key for that one but not 100% sure

Re: Query didn't open x number of days ago ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
The GetDate() returns current data + time.So if run today at 4 p.m., it will consider anyone who did not open between NOW and NOW-60 days (i.e. 4 p.m. on the day which is 60 days ago).So that shall satisfy your requirement

Hi Vikash,ACS only supports the format you mentioned below. So you either need to adapt the target service to accept this format or use any intermediate API gateway / redirection service which is doing a format transformation

Re: Filtering option in custom resource / profile ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
For custom resources. you can define the fields which shall be visible for filtering in the custom resources dialogsee https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard/using/developing/adding-or-extending-a-resource/configuring-filter-definition.html The same can be done for profiles though here only on custom fields which you added in your resource extension

Re: Merging of data while deduplicating ramon_bisswange - Adobe Campaign Standard
You can't do that directly in the Deduplication task.Though what you may do:* Enable Complement on the Dedupication activity* Then use an Enrichment to "join" the 2 outputs from Deduplication based on the wanted key* Then you can define it as 0..1 / n-collection join and fetch the additional download infos
