What you might be able to do:* Use the workflow sending the delivery* Enable outbound transition on the delivery* Add a wait for e.g. 24 hours* Add a fork * Branch 1 query for the people who shall receive the report (must be there as recipient). * Branch 2 fetch the deluvery information* Use an enrichment on e.g. 1=1 to join both branches together with keeping the recipient as primary set* Add another email task ans there you shall be able to include the KPIs fetched before

You can't use it in enrichments, etc. Following trick might do it: Query for the data Use extract file activity as here you can process the ctx fieldsadd a load file immediately after which is reading the datathen you have the data in the workflow and can use it in update data activity

Unfortunately no.Reporting only works on delivery / tracking information.Only fields from profile can be added here.

Can you check which resource domain is configured in Campaign? Latest Chrome release changed the default setting for mixed content.I.e. if your resource domain is HTTP, it won't show the data as ACS is served via a HTTPS url. Recommendation would be in such case to assign a SSL certificate.As a workaround, you can allow mixed content in Chrome temporarily for the ACS instance.

it could be. The HTML is looking fine. Can you maybe look at the "execution delivery" which was used to send the broken mail? i.e. the "2020/10 aaa" delivery. How does the HTML source look there?

In a technical workflow, you can do a query on the Events (unfortunately you need 1 query per event). Then you can check the status vs. the execution date.

Do you have organizational unit support enabled for the custom resource? (option "add access authorization management fields" on the custom resource)If so the record could already be available under a different organization unit where you don't have access to.

The IP address(es) is not visible inside Adobe Campaign Standard.You indeed need to check with Adobe support to provide you the list of IP addresses and if you have multiple also the IP affinity mapping.Note: this applies for PROD only. For STAGE instances, a single IP shared by different STAGE instances is used.

Delivery alerting indeed can only be used if a delivery is there and mainly is not really suitable for transactional messages.1 way to achieve a monitoring would be to build a custom workflow which is searching for the events and checking the event status / date values.

The total opens indeed should not be lower here.Is it a very recent delivery?The dynamic indicators are refreshes in very short time periods / real time for a certain period after the delivery is sent.The KPIs are only calculated in fixed schedules. So if it is very recent, that could explain it.

Few comments:the first font seems to contain a space. You should out the name into single quotesIf you have other, more specific rules, the body won't catch.Either assign it everywhere where fonts are defined.Or try adding !important flag

The user permissions are only syncronized upon user login.So after the removing the permission in the Admin Console, please ask the user to login again one more time.Only then the group info will be removed in ACS and no more notifications will be sent.

The filtering is based on the Quick Search columns.This includes first name, last name and E-Mail for the profile resource. You can modify the fields used for custom resources but unfortunately not on the profile resource.

What did you use to throttle deliveries? Any custom formula or how was this done?How long do the deliveries normally take? You said send a report every hour, does this mean 2 or 3 reports or are they spreading over a longer period?Then I can think what might be a possible way.
