Different send dates for each segment in a campaign

We are doing a offer redemption campaign with three segments High, Low and Mid Value users as HV,MV & LV. We first want the offer to rollout to HV, after 5 days to MV and after 3 days to LV. 
Does ACS support a functionality to send segments on different dates ensuring latest data is fetched each time. Using wait block doesnt work, bcz in that case MV & LV users wont be latest fetched.

ACS does not support dynamic audience, it might be feasible to deal with your requirement implementing three separate workflows running on day 0, day 5 and day 8.
