Hi, I can understand Campaign sending messages to people via Email or SMS. Kindly explain how Campaign sends messages to Call Center and Kiosk? Is the message to a specific person? Appreciate your support. Thanks, Rama.

Hi https://forums.adobe.com/people/AEM%20Forum,

Basically Campaign is able to extract the target audience which you can, by various ways, send to a service provider.

They can then use this file to contact people on the target list.

This sharing of data can happen over a designated email address of Call Center or on the sFTP or an external system.

Vipul

Thanks Vipul. Question is how the communication reaches the Call Center. Shall I assume that SFTP is an option? Even then, there should a system on the Kiosk side to receive the file and take appropriate action correct? How this all happens? Appreciate your support. Thanks, Rama.
