Urgent Feasibility of Back-to-Back Campaign Dispatch with Exclusions

Hello Everyone,

I have a question that requires a quick resolution.

I've been tasked with delivering a campaign to a large audience of approximately 300,000, followed by another campaign to a separate audience of about 300,000, with the requirement to exclude those targeted in the first dispatch.

I have a 5-hour window between executing the first and second campaign. Given that this is a special occasion greeting EDM, both campaigns must be sent on the same day, with a maximum gap of 5 hours.

Do you think it's feasible to execute both dispatches within this timeframe? Will Adobe be able to identify the delivery codes and exclude the first set of recipients accurately? Are there any best practices advising against this approach? This is an urgent client request, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi UmaV,

Based on your description, this use case should be entirely possible. Other than delivery and workflow best practices, I don't know of anything specific for this kind of use case.

Best Practices Documentation:

Hi Craig,

Thank you for your response!

Have you, by any chance, executed similar campaigns or any other use case campaigns like this?

Thanks!
