Hi everybody!
So far, we are only sending push notifications based on segments we send to ACS via midware (Blob storage, sFTP, etc.). However, we realize that those pushes are not sent in real-time.
Our architects are now designing how our transactional push notifications will be sent and we are afraid that the user won´t receive them in real time. For instance, the user will receive a push right after making a payment (timing here is super important).
They are designing it using mulesoft/API. Is there any chance that the push notification won´t be delivered in real-time by setting up transactional communication via API?
thanks in advance

Hi @fern1
Transactional messages (email, Push, SMS) will take 1-2s to reach the end-users, why is time sensitivty important for your use cases,
Would these push notification requires action valid only for certain periods of time? Would they receive an acknowledgment type of communication, such as your use case ?
Again, transactional push might take 1-2s to reach the end users...
Thanks
Denis
