Wondering if there is any ootb feature in ACS to capture timezone information and save it back in profile of recipient automatically by sensing the IP address of email recipients when they open or click the email?

Is it possible to deliver messages (SMS/Email) using Message center without doing any configurations in Campaign? I have installed Message Center within Campaign and I want to use the Message Center API call to deliver messages. Do I need to set up any profile or recipient within campaign?
