Hi there,It was to do with the mapping of encodings.On our system, this is located in the following place:Administration > Platform > External Accounts > Outbound SMS > Then the Mobile Tab > Mapping of Encodings Tab.Leaving this blank was the way we got round this, removing the default settings.Hope this helps, we did also liaise with our SMS provider who checked encodings on their side.Andy

Thanks Vipul,When i do the IP check, it is the correct white-listed IP address that appears in the browser, however campaign is stating a different IP on the error message.Turns out there may have been something implemented by our IT team that is causing this, just waiting to hear back from their investigation.I would say it's very unlikely to be an issue with the Adobe Campaign, but i will post in here the cause when we know.

When attempting to log-on to Adobe Campaign from home when connected to the business VPN (the same IP we connect via when in the office with no issues) despite the IP address being white-listed, we cannot connect, and receive an error message that the IP we’re trying to connect with does not have access.The IP address shown on the error message however has no resemblance to the business IP, seems random, and changes each time I attempt.I’ve investigated with our IT team, who are a bit perplexed....

We're configuring some new email templates. As we populate these emails with a price, we're looking for these to be set at 2 decimal places including pence, E.g. £100.00. The values in the data fed in to the template are to two decimal points, but the HTML is showing the data without the trailing zero, E.g. £101.7How do we get round this?Regards,Andy

Hi there,We'd like to group the deliveries of our recurring automated emails, so that reporting is streamlined. We'd like to execute this by rather than having a seperate 'DM' number for each delivery, we'd like each type of delivery to have a pre-fix before the DM number.Bizarrely, one of our deliveries has this pre-fix configured (No idea who did this, or how this was done). I'd like to add it to the rest, but i cannot see any difference in the set-up of each delivery or how to configure this ...

We're looking to create a subscription service separate to the recipients folder. So that the email addresses we target are just members of the service and do not exist in any recipients folders.Can we subscribe people to a service separate to the recipient folder? Is there a way to proof a recurring email delivery, rather than just relying on the preview tab?I know i can copy html to a standard delivery and proof that way, but with many dynamic fields and queries, i want to proof a 'live' customer version of the delivery to my email address.I know with a one off delivery you have the option to substitute the address with your own, but how can i do this for a recurring delivery?Thanks

Hi Vipul,This has now worked. Rule applied.Setting a contact date in the schedule tab and selecting the specific folder on the pressure tab (not just all recipients) were the issues.However, upon starting the workflow, the email is delivered even if that contact date hasn't been met?ThanksAndy

Hi there, I have created a new typology rule (within Adobe Campaign 6.1) to exlcude any recipients from receiving more than 1 email per day. I believe the rule is set up correctly, however, upon sending an email, looking at the audit tab within the delivery, of all the typology rules being loaded, my new rule is not one, and it is not being applied. Has anyone successfully created a new typology rule and successfully implemented it? What are the steps to take?ThanksAndy
