Adobe Campaign Standard

Sorry if this is been asked before and is a bit dumb, but I have a CSV list of emails and two other columns of data that is not in adobe campaign. I want to be able to use these columns of data to personalise an email which is a one off email. How do I achieve this using adobe campaign online?

How do I query the recipientIds of failed messages for a given Campaign? I want to be able to query the failures in the workflow and send a separate email with the failed recipientIds in the workflow, if possible.  thanks
