Hi @Sanjana12 ,

One more key difference is that a task refers to the actions that's performed on a targeted group of recipients, example email sending etc whereas the process contains tasks that are executed in a specific order to achieve an outcome.

Besides this the Task activity lets you specify mainly if it's completed or not.

You can refer to the following documentation for the same-

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/automating-with-workflows/flow-contro...

How to configure and operate a task is detailed in Campaign Classic v7 documentation.

Also note that each Campaign instance is a collection of processes in the application layer, some of which are shared and some of which are dedicated. There are various processes which lets you view the state of the connected instances.

Additional ways of monitoring the different Campaign processes are presented in this page.

You can also go to Monitoring and click the Overview link to display the Adobe Campaign process monitoring page.

In Adobe Campaign Classic, a task refers to a specific action or set of actions that is performed on a targeted group of recipients, such as sending an email or SMS message. A process, on the other hand, refers to a series of tasks that are organized and executed in a specific order to achieve a specific goal, such as a multi-step marketing campaign. The key difference between the two is that a task is a single action, while a process is a series of actions that work together to achieve a specific goal.
