1 ) How does tracking is captured when a specific link is clicked by Recipient in email, what is end to end backend process . Can i get a explanation?

2) How do you we know if a user opens a email , how it is captured by ACC.

Hi @at7140 ,

1) You can refer the below sections in this link to know about the tracking process
https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign-classic/using/sending-messages/tracking-messages/about-message-tracking

2) In order for Adobe Campaign to detect message opens, the recipient must download the images in the email. HTML and Multipart/Alternative emails include a 0 pixel image, which enable you to detect messages which have been opened.
To fetch recipients who has opened an email, In tracking log schema, query as [url/@type] equal to Open
