Learning any new software can be challenging. Even after the initial training, there may be a lot to learn and you may not know where to start or who to ask for help.

You’re not alone. In MIT Sloan Management Review and Deloitte’s most recent study of digital business, 90 percent of individuals report needing to frequently develop their skills, but only 34 percent say they get support from their organization to do so.

When it comes to learning Adobe Experience Cloud, you can expect a different experience. Unlike any other guided learning program out there, our Experience League enablement program is uniquely tailored to your individual needs — and free for everyone. From thoughtful recommendations on what content will best meet your personal learning goals, to the ability to tap into a community of peers and one-to-one support, every aspect of Experience League is designed to help you speed your mastery of Adobe Experience Cloud.

For me the instructor led training was almost useless when I sat down with my organization's instance which had customized every aspect of Adobe Campaign leaving all the out of the box features off the table. While it is nice to a have that flexibility it is completely more challenging to come into that environment with only text book training. I've had that experience with every instance of Adobe Campaign Classic that I've encountered they are all unique in their design in ways that require a deeper administrative like knowledge of the platform that can really only be gained in real world experience and trial and error.

The Adobe community is starting to grow finally and you can get answers to questions you may have or even just links to documentation you might not have found otherwise without some help. I find interacting with other users to be the most beneficial from a learning perspective once you are in your real world environment. With the generosity of other users you can learn from their mistakes and their wins!

A sandbox environment for practical learning is an excellent idea. The instructor led training has helped with the basics, but our environment is highly customized and having an environment would be helpful to understand how to translate from the training (out of the box environment) to our custom build.
