Building customer journey segments

Avatar

Level 1

I want to create segments that will help to determine the customer journey and funnel success.

Traditional marketing model/journey that identifies visits from awareness to consideration, research, intent etc.

Does anyone have any advice/template/resources for what out of the box dimensions to use to create such segments?

Even if nobody has a template, I’d appreciate some ideas on how others would approach this and things to consider.

thanks.

If you have pages or links that correspond with each journey stage, you can fire success events with them to "mark" their stages. You can then visualise the journey with a Freeform table or build a Fallout chart. You could also use these success events with Marketing Channels to see which channels have more conversions per stage.
