How to implement 2 logics in same rule (AND condition)

Hi All,

I am looking for a regular expression where you can give 2 logics. For OR we can use "|" (pipe), wondering how to achieve if we want to apply AND condition.

For example, if we have pages like below, I want to get clothing pages which doesn't have sale keyword in it

1) sale - clothing

2) clothing - jeans

Can someone help me with this please?
