Adobe Analytics

I send hourly reports via Report Builder, but lately they've stopped sending most weekdays around noon and then restarted around 4 or 5 pm. Any ideas? 

Hi,is there any way to get more than 5 metrics in one report? Some says you can take it via extract data option but you can not do it with key metrics reporrt. We have apprx 20 calculated metrics which should be placed in one file.
